Unexpected Refund

When an item of low value is out of stock, we will replace the product with a suitable alternative where possible and also refund the cost of the item. We do this to save time contacting the customer for an item which is of low value. 

For larger items, you may have received a refund as the item was out of stock, unavailable in your region or if a delay is expected to take longer than 4 weeks. We will have emailed you to notify you of this. Please check your spam email folder if you have not received this.
