Delivery is delayed

If you have received notification from DPD or Palletways that your delivery has been delayed, please contact them to co-rodinate your delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot speed up any delays which you are facing as the delivery system is entirely outwith our control and there is no need for you to contact us and let us know until 7 working days has passed. 

If you have waited 7 working days and still not received your deliver, please open a "Delivery Missing" support ticket for us to investigate.
